I accept BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) at this time. I can provide you with documentation (a Superbill) to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if you do not have BCBS as your insurance provider. I recommend you contact your insurance provider to inquire about reimbursement.
If you plan to arrive after 15 minutes of the appointment time, please communicate this to me.
You can cancel with more than 24 hour notice, and you will not be charged. However, canceling under 24 hours will result in you being charged the full session rate.
I typically suggest coming once per week to begin. This allows me to get to know you, your life, and your presenting concerns. As you feel you are meeting your goals and are decreasing the concerns that brought you, it may be appropriate to adjust the frequency with which you come. Your schedule and cost are factors that are relevant so we can also discuss what would feel right for you.
Yes! I can do a 15 minute phone consultation.
Virtual/telehealth appointments are available depending on circumstance. For children, virtual/telehealth appointments are not available at this time.
